Discover how sap becomes syrup as you try tapping with tools from the 1890s, check the collection buckets, watch sap thicken over the fire, and try a taste of REAL maple syrup. Age 3+ welcome. This is an outdoor winter activity, so dress appropriately. There are walking paths but the trees are in a natural area so keep this in mind and recognize that the ground may be uneven.
